StrongerTogetherNI – Research on BAME Health Inequalities in Belfast

ARE YOU FROM AN ETHNIC MINORITY OR MIGRANT BACKGROUND? DO YOU LIVE IN BELFAST?

THIS RESEARCH IS CONDUCTED ON BEHALF OF BELFAST CITY COUNCIL, BELFAST HEALTH AND SOCIAL CARE TRUST AND THE PUBLIC HEALTH AGENCY

This research is being carried out to understand the inequalities experienced by Black, Asian, Minority Ethnic and Traveller communities and individuals in Belfast.

We will hold face-to-face interviews in March and April 2022 to hear your stories and opinions and understand how different groups are experiencing life in Belfast. We will make recommendations to Belfast City Council, Belfast Health and Social Care Trust and the Public Health Agency based on our research findings.

This project is conducted in partnership with: African and Caribbean Support Organisation Northern Ireland (ACSONI), Polish Language, Culture, and Affairs (POLCA) and Belfast Intercultural Romanian Association.

We hope that you will use this opportunity to share your voice and experiences with many other people across Belfast. www.lucymichael.ie/Belfast-inequalities
