Community Dialogue worked in partnership with Rural Community Network, to engage rural communities over a number of months. This project showed how we use creative methodologies to engage marginalised people lacking confidence in dialogue. Topics explored included the role of women, children and young people, access to services, physical infrastructure, community leadership, networking and engagement, education, health and building good relations.
A cartoonist recorded key issues for a publication designed to use as an advocacy tool with statutory organisations. Due to demand; the process is being repeated in other rural areas of mid Ulster.
